Pay – $65,000 to $85,000 first year expectation – includes Base $50,000 – $60,000 and lucrative rewarding bonus plans
Hours – 830A to 5P M-F
Location – Corporate Office is at 169 & Barry Road in the Northland, Kansas City, MO (currently non remote)
Our actual internal title is Business Development Representative.

SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be part of the team that introduces our business to healthcare facilities (nursing homes, clinics, hospitals, etc.) that we do not already have a relationship with. Most often this will be in new markets we’ve chosen to emerge into. There could be a little bit of travel to those locations on rare occasions… but most of your work and communication will be over the phone.
You will research and prepare to emerge into a new market or states.
You will make calls to prospects to figure out who you should chat with and gather information. You’ll have to be comfortable and secure calling a lot of people to make progress. We try to do 25-50 calls on the days you’re canvassing and reaching out; which is most work days.
You’ll use your skill, creativity, ability to learn as you go to come up with the best ideas of how you can help a potential customer understand why we’re their best alternative. Ideas are welcomed here. Success is rewarded.
You’ll have goals set by your Director, but you’ll set your own as well. You are the introductory person, the facilitator and the person getting the documents sent and put in place in order to actually begin service. Once you get the docs signed, our amazing and experienced staffing managers will communicate with the account you hand over to them and they will begin taking “needs”. Once we fill and bill one shift, you get a bonus. Once we fill several more you get a second bonus on that account. Once we hit a higher number of filled and billed, you get the third and final bonus! To be honest, if you are very focused and great at this, the sky could be the limit for your earnings. You are in control of your financial and success destiny here- and again- broken record – we LOVE to pay well for success!
EXPERIENCE OR QUALITIES YOU NEED
Honestly, we are willing to consider anyone who believes they could sleigh this role. We’d love the old college degree, 5 years of successful sales experience, blah blah blah. But really, we are seeking people who have talent, natural abilities, great attitudes, stable personalities, excellent morals and integrity, confidence in themselves and who they are so they can communicate with about any type of individual… A competitive person who is self motivated and fully accountable will be our pick. A scrappy person who can successfully see the ways they can improve results without getting egotistical about suggestions and ideas will be our pick.
