Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in a designated business unit. Serves as a consultant to management and facilities on human resources-related issues. Advises leaders on employee relations issues, employee development, team building strategies, and work environment. Assesses and anticipates HR needs within assigned business line and collaborates with experts in HR to develop solutions. Facilitates business line sessions as needed and attends all business line staff meetings to understand business strategies, financials, culture and competencies. The HR Business Partner formulates partnerships across the facilities to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Licenses/Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably with multi-state healthcare employer.
