POSITION OBJECTIVE
Working under general supervision, serve as the project manager for university-wide workforce planning initiatives. Manage special and other confidential projects assigned by the Vice President for Human Resources. Participate in organizational workforce strategic planning and policy development.

CONTACTS
Department: Frequent contact with Human Resources staff for collaboration and consultation.
University: Collaborate and coordinate through other key departments as appropriate for strategic projects. Frequent contact with faculty, staff and employees to accomplish project goals.
External: Contact with peer institutions and other organizations when researching, soliciting and/or providing data. Some contact with individuals as necessary.
Students: Little or no student interaction.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. May facilitate and direct project teams and committees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 10 years of human resource experience and/or experience in higher education.
Education/Licensing: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
