CBRE New Jersey is seeking an exceptionally motivated Client Services Specialist—to join an exciting, fast-paced environment, providing marketing/graphic design and administrative support within a team of Saddle Brook’s top commercial real estate leaders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares customized and template marketing materials, brochures, presentations, proposals and event invitations for assigned products, services, new business development and other various communication materials (including but not limited electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns, offering memoranda, tour books, 2D and 3D maps, floor plans, and qualification packages) using Adobe Creative Suite or other CBRE software. Providing content recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.
Provide and manage updates to existing property websites.
Maintains and updates marketing library of presentations, brochures, and other collateral materials. Maintains and updates marketing infrastructure which may include a database system, intranet and external website, including data on all prospects.
Recommends and implements strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas, product lines, or market segments. Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies working with centralized marketing group.
Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding for final distribution.
Participates in presentations with clients as applicable
Complete online vouchers to process commission payments and expenses while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national laws.
Manages a dynamic calendar and informs sales professionals of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and potential calendar conflicts.
Coordinate and orders property signage to adhere to company brand or client brand.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles issues expeditiously; proactively follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with multiple deadline pressures.
Takes independent action on handling requests; determines the appropriate course of action, intervenes where necessary, and acts as a liaison between departments, team, and deliverable partners.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred. 3 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. 2 years experience in the Real Estate industry.
Prefer three years’ experience providing marketing support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. Two years’ experience in the commercial Real Estate industry ideal.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Current real estate license for where work is performed or desire to acquire a license.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and thoughtful work-product in a customer-centric manner preferred. Ability to effectively analyze, synthesize, and present information to clients, colleagues, and management preferred. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesigned preferred. Ability to solve problems, mathematical analysis and project management. Knowledge of accounting and business law helpful.

Prefer Website design skills (WordPress or comparable).
