Role Details:
We are seeking a dynamic colleague to join our Technical Talent Acquisition team as an Operations and Analytics Analyst. This is a critical and outward facing role to internal clients and candidates, and also helps shape the direction of Recruiting at ViacomCBS.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Serve as a key member on Tech TA team and provide support to the Business via several activities, which may include (but isn’t limited to):
• Create, own, and analyze reports on staffing data, preparing management reports used by senior leadership
• Build HR reporting and provide dashboard support and expertise
• Owning headcount reconciliation for the Tech function across all business units
• Work with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to ensure that the recruiting process is managed seamlessly, and develop quick solutions on how to resolve any TA process-related issues
• Work with the Recruiting Director to customize targeted TA analytics for the Tech function across all business units of ViacomCBS
• Provide analytical support and data-driven recommendations for Talent Acquisition and Human Resource programs
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business units and HR client groups

Qualifications:What you bring to the team:
You have –

• 3+ years of HR experience or related industry experience
• 2+ years of experience using Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Desire to build a career in Human Resources

• Ability to quickly form strong rapport and build credibility with people at all levels, including with internal colleagues and external candidates across domestic and international locations, and from interns to C-suite
• Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organization, time management and program management skills
• Strong mental acuity to be able to reason through issues and resolve problems, while concurrently working with frequent interruptions
• Work with a solid sense of ownership over work with superior follow-up and attention to detail
