A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ONBOARDING AND RECRUITING COORDINATOR
As an Onboarding and Recruiting Coordinator, you are vital to ensuring we build a strong and capable team. You perform a variety of HR duties that help us find and recruit talented candidates for our organization. To attract new talent, you publish job ads on various job boards and social media networks and schedule interviews with qualified applicants. Thinking creatively, you assist with sourcing and networking to develop qualified talent pipelines.
You organize interview schedules for all our office locations, ensuring that interview times work for both applicants and management. When we are ready to hire a new candidate, you coordinate the offer creation, onboarding, and orientation phases. As you perform this work, you make sure everything adheres to both CEI and government compliance guidelines. Eager to help, you perform other duties to make the hiring process smooth and simple. You take great pride in strengthening our workforce and keeping our company a great place to work!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ONBOARDING AND RECRUITING COORDINATOR
Associate degree in a related discipline OR 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in social media recruiting
Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and a human resources information system (HRIS)
A bachelor’s degree in a related field would be preferred but is not required. Experience in an HR position would be a plus. Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Can you responsibly handle confidential information?
