Position Summary: Coordinates and manages the admission process for the Nursing Center and serves as the primary liaison to prospective patients, families and designated healthcare providers including but not limited to physicians, health care facilities, case manager, social workers, discharge planners and insurance case managers. The Sales and Marketing manager with manage the overall admission and marketing process for the center from generating referral to admissions. This role will require frequent travel to area referring facilities and will require a dependable mean of transportation.

Job Description

• Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives: planning an organizing promotional presentation; updating calendars
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data
• Keeps promotional material ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing order; verifying receipts
• Support sales staff by providing sale data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, relaying customer service requests.
• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contracts, scheduled and assignments
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
• Work in a hands-on-fashion, building the team-provide motivation and inspiration
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Long Term healthcare facility
• Previous Sales/Admissin experience in skilled nursing is preferred
• Negotiation and persuasion skills weel as active listening skills
• Must willing to work in a team oriented environment as well as work independently
• Must poseesee a valid driver’s lincese
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
