Cella Hiring for DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER I at Remote Full Time

Compensation Range: $48 – 58 per hour

Our client’s creative agency arm is looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will efficiently manage client’s pay-per-click media campaigns, which include paid search, paid social and shopping. The ideal candidate must be proactive, positive and solution-driven. You should enjoy a fast-paced, team environment and be ready to stay aligned with agency and client’s needs in an accurate, creative and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production and operations of pay-per-click media campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Product Listing Ads and Local Inventory Ads.
• Manage data feeds to ensure correct product and inventory data is being sent to campaigns. Troubleshoot issues with feeds and monitor health of data.
• Create and manage catalogs for various marketplaces such as Google and Facebook.
• Track KPI’s and optimize campaigns accordingly; ensure conversion metrics are met.
• Manage budgets of campaigns on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as needed.
• Be proactive and develop strategies for campaign and client growth.
• Continually test campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement for data feeds and campaigns.
• Work closely with account managers and other team members to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
• Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center for clients.
• Perform QA for product data inaccuracies in feed elements such as titles, descriptions, and price.
• Day-to-day execution and analysis of paid search, paid social and product listing ads campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing paid advertising accounts with monthly spends of at least $5k.
• 4+ years experience at a digital marketing agency or publisher.
• 4+ years experience with Google Ads.
• 2+ years experience with Facebook Ads.
• Experience with data feed marketing (Product Listing, Inventory Ads, Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center).
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce) a plus.
• Relationship management skills with agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Google Certifications – Ads, Youtube/Video.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be organized, and excel at multi-tasking.
• Must be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be solutions-oriented and Drug0Free Workplace!
