About the Opportunity
The Payroll & Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing both payroll and benefits for the employees of CSD. The Payroll & Benefits manager will execute and validate semi-monthly gross to net pay calculations and ensure the timely and accurate distribution of pay and deductions. This role will also be responsible for administering the benefit programs to include enrollment, claims resolution, change reporting, and approving invoices for payment. In addition, the Payroll & Benefits Manager will also process, review, and balance bi-weekly payroll, ensure payroll transactions are processed correctly for time, earnings, benefits, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and other items that affect pay &/or company liability.
