ABOUT CENTRAL FLORIDA KIDNEY CENTERS:

Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc is a not-for-profit dialysis organization that has served the dialysis community for 50 years- with seven clinics in the Central Florida area. We are committed to providing unrivaled dialysis care to improve the quality of life for those with End-Stage Renal Disease.

THE POSITION:

Administrative tasks in every area of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and HRIS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR
• Five years of Human Resources experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS, and payroll, required
• UKG experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Valid State of Florida Driver’s License, required
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification, preferred
