Central Logistic Solutions Hiring for Local CDL Class A Truck Driver Job at North Liberty, IA Full Time

We are currently hiring dedicated Truck Drivers with at least 3 Months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last three years to operate within a 250-mile radius of North Liberty.

Must live within 60 miles of North Liberty.

Schedule is Mon – Fri with 6:00 AM start time.

Daily Home Time, Weekends Off!

$1340 weekly average!

Special Requirements:

• Drivers need to be able to load, unload appliances and other heavy objects
• Candidates should have experience working with dollies, lift gates, pallet jacks and ramps.
• Candidates should have the ability to work with tools, general assembly/installation experience and ability to read and follow service manual instructions
• Having prior local delivery experience in metro areas would be a plus

Position Details:

• VERY LABOR INTENSE JOB:
• This account is located in North Liberty, IA approximately 70 miles NW from Davenport.
• Driver will home every night and will typically have Saturdays and Sundays off.
• This position is mainly all retail stops. Driver will unload at store locations.
• Will use a ramp and 2 wheel dolly to load and unload appliances onto the truck each day.
• Drivers will be based at cross-dock facilities in N. Liberty IA.
• ALL appliances, furniture and mattresses will have to be unloaded from a shuttle trailer and then loaded onto the truck for transport.
• Delivery drivers and helpers load their assigned trailers or straight truck daily and are responsible for making damage free deliveries.
• Drivers need to be able to load and unload appliances.
• They will deliver new appliances and sometimes return with old or damaged appliances.

Requirements:

No more than three tickets or accidents in the last three years, no DUI/DWI in the last five years and no criminal charges within the last ten years.

No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years!
