Central State Bank is actively hiring for a Vice President, Operations Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA.

In this role, you will be responsible for administration of core operating systems and network systems, including the oversight, with mastery level of knowledge, of deposit account document production and digital banking systems. The Vice President leads the Operations team in providing support to front-line customer service staff throughout the Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the Operations team; inspiring and motivating them to perform at their best
• Participate in interviewing, selection, hiring and training of new team members
• Work with core operating computer systems to process transactions and maintain records.
• Perform core system report review and reconciliation of transactions
• Process account maintenance and setup requests
• Provide support to internal teammates and tellers on operating systems
• Process wire transfers, automated clearing house entries, and check clearing, debit card, ATM, and mobile banking transactions

Requirements:

• 8-10 years’ experience in banking, accounting, or bank operations is required
• Bachelor’s degree is related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and exuding patience is essential
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
