Must live in Colorado for this role. Position is primarily remote, but does require occassional in-person correspondence and participation in career fairs as needed. Most career fairs and events are within greater Denver Metro area.
Position is Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
Pay Range:
$33.55 – $50.64 / hour

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with leadership ensuring strong partnership and collaboration regarding sourcing and recruitment techniques. Responsible for full cycle recruitment focused on attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent staff various health care areas. Includes the development and implementation of recruitment plans, position advertising and marketing, screening of applications and creating robust pipelines of qualified talent.
What You Bring/Job Requirements:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Four years of previous Human Resources, Recruitment, or Business Operations experience
Previous healthcare experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint programs strongly preferred
Prior success using Applicant Tracking Systems and making a high volume of hires per month preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
