As a Senior Technical Recruiter for our award-winning Product & Technology team you will build credible partnerships with our hiring leaders while creating a world-class recruiting experience for our candidates. Work is what you do, not where you go so you are not required to be based in any of our specific Ceridian locations but do need to work within typical North American time zones.

What we need from you is your expertise operating in a fast paced and high volume technical recruiting environment. You’ve had demonstrated results sourcing technical talent in Agile environments skilled in Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, SQL, and web development, recruiting for roles within the areas of Software Feature Development, DevOps and Mobile Development. You are not a “post and pray” recruiter, but rather someone who is proactively assessing the market to draw in critical talent and skillsets. You also take a consultative vs order-taker approach when dealing with your client group.
