CertifyOS was started by former Oscar health employees who dealt with the pain points of scaling provider networks first hand – the lack of APIs, the sub-par tech stack, poor user experience, and the piles of paperwork slowed us down. About the role:
We’re looking to hire our first dedicated human resources team member. As the founding member, you will help build our HR processes for both the US and India from the ground up. You will also lead recruiting activities and the onboarding of new team members. This is a fully remote position.
What you’ll do:
Develop our suite of HR policies and procedures
Assist in developing compensation guidelines
Lead recruiting operations for new team members
Manage the onboarding process of new team members
Assist in building training materials
Pitch in for all-hands-on-deck projects
What you’ll need:
3+ years of experience as an HR generalist
A degree in human resources or a related field, or the equivalent years of work experience
A desire to work in a scrappy start-up environment
Experience with JazzHR and Rippling a plus
