Title: Senior Financial Analyst – SEC reporting

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports to: Director of Investor Relations and External Reporting

Specific responsibilities include:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual SEC financial statements, including coordination of XBRL tagging with third party service provider
• Ensures accurate presentation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP and SEC rules, as well as consistent presentation with other public releases of financial data
• Assists with the review and filing other SEC filings, including 8-k’s, Proxy and others as required, while helping to coordinate with others in the organization, including legal, tax, investor relations and treasury.
• Assists with the compilation, analysis, and reporting of data documenting adherence with internal controls and ICFR for certain business divisions and corporate functions
• Assists with the identification of internal control deficiencies and assists with the timely implementation of these corrective actions
• Assists with development of internal control test plans and performs testing of controls as assigned
• Assist with review of internal consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Assist with technical accounting memorandums documenting the Company’s accounting treatment and considerations.
• Assist with review of financial press releases, analyst presentations, quarterly/annual planning models and other materials.
• Coordinate tie out process and review supporting schedules associated with externally reported financial information, including quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Completion of disclosure controls related to internal control over financial reporting
• Assist with the preparation of schedules and supporting documentation as required for the external financial statement audit
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree with a major in accounting
• CPA preferred
• Three years relevant accounting and financial statement reporting experience
• Solid knowledge of SEC, U.S. GAAP, and SOX requirements
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, able to take responsibility and maintain high quality and accuracy in reporting with specific deadlines
• Ability to manage competing priorities with deadlines
