Position Information

Will support day-to-day needs of the Key Account department, assisting to execute all North America Retail initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate, proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly reports for internal tracking and send comps to retailers
• Process all field team orders & GWP allocations from field team
• Assist with high level retailer event execution, track event sales, event recaps and maintain these files for future
• Support the execution of Sales Meetings and Regional Trainings
• Assist with retailer meetings and executing retailer needs: imagery, comps, grids
• MSL/Supply Chain communication: assemblies for GWPs and sets
• MSL/Supply Chain communication: non charge orders
• MSL Excel Sheets: assemblies, priority lists, etc
• Retailer.com digital assets- submit requests, follow up
• Retailer.com checks- check for accuracy and updates
• Handle cross functional entries via Airtable, Basecamp, SAP
• Assist in preparation of informative, impactful and creative presentations

Position Qualifications

• · 1-2 years relevant sales experience is preferred
• · Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• · Strong organizational skills
• · Analytical mindset, can handle multiple large data sets
