HR Shared Services provides tools, information and services that support the employee life cycle and deliver solutions that ensure a seamless user experience, allowing employees to focus on our clients. The team’s purpose is to drive standardization and operational efficiency.
The HR Operations Associate is responsible for operational support for I-9s, Interviewing scheduling, new employee onboarding, offer letters and other onboarding documents and processes. This role also involves effectively communicating with candidates, new hires, hiring managers, HR partners, recruiting and other business partners (e.g. registration, compliance, security, etc.).

What you are good at
Processing Talent Operations’ tasks include but are not limited to: Interview Scheduling, reviewing new hire records in MyJobs/Workday for accuracy, creating and uploading offer letters into Workday and initiating new hire onboarding; reviewing status and completion of onboarding documents; and providing solutions for candidates.
Observing and responding to inquiries through team functional mailboxes (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Comments, I-9s)
Watching over and responding to MyHR (Case Management tool) cases.
Working with business partners on facilitating updates to key staffing documents (e.g. Offer Letters, Email Notifications, Onboarding, etc.).
Troubleshooting issues and working with HR Technology, Payroll, HR Contact Center, or other centers of excellence to help problem-solve and ensure a positive employee experience.
Providing testing support for HR Technology, as needed.
Building effective and strong relationships with our Talent Advisors, HRIS, HRSS team, and other partners.
Maintaining a high level of accuracy, communicating effectively, and delivering seamless service & support.
Maintaining and/or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Assisting the broader HR Operations and Shared Services teams, as needed.
What you have
2+ years’ experience in human resources and/or equivalent education in HR
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on the candidate and employee experience
Operational excellence with an emphasis on producing high-quality results
Effectiveness at problem-solving, process improvement, and providing a positive impact to the user and employee experience: strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communicator, problem-solver, team member and results-oriented individual
Well-organized with the capability to work in a large-volume, fast-paced environment
Flexibility with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet assigned target dates.
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Proficiency with HR systems (e.g. Workday, MyHR (ServiceNow), MyJobs (ICIMS)) a plus
