Job Description: Transform complex Business Requirements into scalable technical solutions. Analyze the Business needs and Software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within the time and cost constraints. Collaborating with managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine systems requirements and functionalities needed in new or revised application. Develop Software solutions by studying information needs and conferring with the users, and studying the system flow, data usage and work processes. Responsible for thorough Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process-interpret requirements, build testable test cases, and validate & interpret the results. Document and maintain software functionality. Develop Software verification plan and quality assurance procedures. Develop test plan, test script, test scenario, and test methodology and document for execution. Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems and ensure that the software is upgraded with latest features. Work on the enhancements and defects on the software that are identified during UAT or Production environment. Deploy application and ensure security of the application follows high security standards. Conducting test execution of applications developed in Workday through manual and automation testing; Testing validation of the results as well as the Batch execution; Performing End-to-End testing and other analysis & presenting in project meeting. Documenting test results and compiling results of other testers into consolidated report for management, clients, and applications staff; Certifying application to be migrated to production once all the testing is carried out. Provide organizational, problem-solving and operation support to the Business users to test the bug fixes in the Production environment.
What you have
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Experience and/or education must include:
Designing and configuring Workday Integrations including custom studio, Core Connectors and EIBs.
Leading Workday Integration teams and /or project from requirement gathering to deployment.
Foundational web services technologies such as SOAP, REST, XSLT and JSON.
Workday configuration and Journal lines.
Analyze business requirements and provide effective Integration solutions across the modules: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, MyTime, Performance Management, Compensation.
Building credible internal/external relationships with HR, IT, Data and Vendor teams for unit, system and UAT testing as well as troubleshooting and triage efforts.
EIB, Document Transformation Core Connector/Cloud Connectors, Workday Studio, XML, XSLT, XPath, Report Writer/Designer, Web Services SOAP & REST, iLoad.
Modules: Functional Knowledge in Workday/Peoplesoft Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, MyTime.
Microsoft SSRS.
