Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes, but not limited to the following:
· Work closely with site leadership to provide coaching, guidance, and strategic value-added programs in support of organizational and functional area priorities.
· Partner with HR functional area leads on company-wide HR initiatives and programs, including annual performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding process, culture & engagement, etc.
· Keep current and identify trends and new approaches in HR to support retention and recruitment efforts as a dynamic, forward-thinking employer.
· Use data-driven insight to help create and guide strategies that enable growth and influence organizational culture.
· Promote organizational success by putting a focus on employee satisfaction and the success of individuals.
· Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
· Provides day-to-day performance management guidance toleaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
· Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
· Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
· Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
