Cheseldine Tire & Auto in California, MD is looking for a part time office assistant/bookkeeper to work between 15-20 hours per week. Applicants must have at least one year of office experience and have worked with Word, Excel, and normal office equipment. Knowledge of accounting basics including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, general ledger entries, and financial statements is necessary. Proficiency with Quickbooks and adding machines is definitely preferred. Position is permanent to be paid on an hourly basis with the pay based upon your experience. Hours are flexible, but preferably spread throughout the week. We are open Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To apply, please e-mail your resume with detailed description of previous experience.
