Overview:
Chestnut Family Health Center seeks a Practice Manager to oversee its $5.5 million multi-site health care delivery system blending primary care, behavioral health, addiction treatment, oral health, and prevention services. The position is located in a beautiful setting – space that recently benefitted from an $8 million expansion and renovation.
The Practice Manager will oversee other clinical management positions, provide vision and leadership to ensure high quality care, and ensure that programs and services align with Chestnut’s policies and strategic objectives. The position requires critical thinking, sound judgment, an entrepreneurial approach, and proven problem solving ability.
The successful candidate thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. He or she will function as part of multiple teams within the agency. Keys to success will include excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple, diverse projects of significance.
Administrative departments including HR, accounting and finance, management information systems, facilities, purchasing, quality, and risk management all support the Family Health Center and the Practice Manager role.
