CHI Health has an immediate opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant located at our Women’s Health Clinics! We are also open to hiring an RN or LPN!
This position will work at our Midland’s Women’s Health Clinic and LaVista – Giles clinic!
Hours: Tuesday-Friday (Monday’s off) NO weekends & NO holidays!
Our Medical Assistants are part of our healthcare team who treats patients with a variety of illnesses. You can expect to collaborate on comprehensive screenings, risk assessments, and preventative health education for patients.

Responsibilities
**$5000 Sign On Bonus**

Expectations:

• Record patient’s medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
• Obtain medical information and take vitals
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for the physician/nurse
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of medical assisting program
• Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• High school diploma or equivalent
