Chick-fil-A Encinitas has a vision to become Encinitas’ most caring and influential business. Our mission starts by caring for our team members. We are continuing to build our championship team and invite you to consider our Human Relations Manager (HR Manager) position.
We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented person with leadership skills. Compensation – $21-23/hour with an expected schedule of 40/week + employer contribution to benefits.
The goal for the HR DIrector is to help our organization achieve our vision by owning and managing our Team Member Care Cycle.
The Team Member Care Cycle is all about the team member’s experience with our organization from the moment they see a job posting, to their first interview, to onboarding, coaching and mentoring oportunities, to the last day they work with us. Chick-fil-A Encinitas is known for our hospitality and how much we care about the details. That all starts with how we care for our team.
HR tasks and responsibilities include:
Managing job postings and recruiting channels
Run and manage payroll, checks and deductions
Benefits administration
New Team Member on-boarding process management
Schedule interview with prospective team members
Conduct phone interviews
Manage daily tasks to update employee information, pay rates, promotions
Manage termination and promotion checklists.
Manage record keeping and team member disciplinary documentation
Ensure compliance with CA labor laws and requirements
Invoicing
Office management
Working with the Sr. leadership team and directly with the Owner/Operator Danny
