Responsibilities:
Interfaces across all functional teams, supporting the vision, strategy, and direction of the distribution learning strategy
Converts complex topics and simplifies into digestible learning experiences that will support business objectives
Responsible for supporting new hire orientation and delivering training programs required for the distribution center and coordinates Team Member and People Leader trainings. Supports the facilitation and administration of the New Employee Orientation program.
Ensures that Team Member training plans and curriculum are updated
Supports the Learning Management System, ensuring training activities are documented and filed according to the records retention process.
Maintains updated and readily available training documentation for all employees according with procedures and regulations.
Provide design expertise for learning solutions to key stakeholders.
Conducts spot audits to assure compliance and provides information of certified and trained employees to Supervisors
Possesses learning industry knowledge and experience to connect macro trends in learning strategy, audience-centric design, product management and performance to support CFA Supply’s business goals
Integrates Reports and Dashboards in support of Defined Learning Strategies
Suports the creation and facilitation of diversity, equity and inclusion training
Supports Train-the trainer programming
Excellent interpersonal and facilitator skills to which employees respond positively
Ability to work across multiple shifts to meet the needs of a multi-shift operating environment
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resource development, business, instructional/learning design, communications, or related field
Excellent interpersonal and facilitator skills
Demonstrated experience and industry knowledge of learning strategy
Experience supporting learning within multiple modalities (e.g., ILT, eLearning, video, job aids, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other related computer programs
Experience with Adobe Creative products, including InDesign and other related programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
Experience engaging in design thinking practices
Experience with a variety of Learning Management and/or Learning Content Management systems and platforms
Experience integrating Data Management Strategies
