We are looking for a passionate Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Racine. As a Director you will be responsible for coaching our team to success in your designated field/specialty. This opportunity provides professional growth in senior leadership in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation.

Role Description:

• The Sales Growth/Marketing Director will promote brand awareness in our community through social media (Facebook, Instagram, Spotlight), assist with app promotions/giveaways, create and promote ideas to grow sales and transactions, initiate community events, and maintain an active role in operating the restaurant.
• Assist with the development of social media calendar and schedule, track social media engagement, create content related to our team, and follow Chick-fil-A guidelines.
• Communicate with the Director of Operations and high executive leadership team on any events, partnerships, catering, or giveaways.
• Energize team members through contests or giveaways to promote productivity.
• Grow catering opportunities in the community by reaching out to schools, businesses, churches, and warehouses.
• Sample new and seasonal products in the drive-thru and the dining room.
• Create a yearly calendar for and promote new events, giveaways, and promotions.
• Split hours in marketing and operations. Know all roles and positions of the business.
• Understands the importance of budgeting, maintaining a budget, and sales growth.
• Be an ambassador for the brand and build relationships with local community members.
• Ensure Chick-fil-A Cow mascot is present in the community on a regular basis (at least quarterly)
• Display merchandising materials in a well organized way.
• Execute catering and concession ordering processes in the restaurant.
• Great communicator, results oriented, and strong time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or graduate in Marketing, Personal Relations, Communications, Human Resources, or other related fields (preferred)
• Associate/Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Efficient in content creation (preferred)
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
