A medical biller responsible for processing, reviewing, and submitting all medical claims for insurance. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and an understanding of medical health insurance claims processing.

Responsibilities:

• Enter patient medical information into computer.
• Research and resolve questions about medical insurance coverage as part of a team.
• Provide clerical support for coding and billing activities.
• Follow complex procedures to determine appropriate insurance coverage for specific services.
• Maintain accurate records related to insurance claims.
• Appeal insurance denials and maintain follow-up
• Provide billing support for patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
