Overview:
The HR Data specialist reviews and approves employment actions, address and name changes in the Infor HR/Payroll system. Audits and corrects data. Monitors Active Directory email notifications, and researches and resolves actor-related issues in the Infor HR/Payroll system. Maintains the supervisor hierarchy, jobs and positions in the Infor HR/Payroll system.

Responsibilities:
Review and approve employment actions, name changes and address changes in the Infor HR/Payroll system.
Audit and correct data, as needed.
Monitor Active Directory email notifications, and research and resolve actor-related issues in the Infor HR/Payroll system.
Maintain the supervisor hierarchy, jobs and positions in the Infor HR/Payroll system.
Perform miscellaneous HR data-related tasks.
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience College coursework in business or human resources, as well as work experience in human resources, payroll and/or accounting.
Starting Pay:
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $20.01/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home:
This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
