An exciting position is currently available for a Corporate Recruiter in our Human Resources Department. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience to develop and execute recruitment strategies for all levels of talent. The Corporate Recruiter will also be responsible to develop relationships with area institutions to promote workforce development opportunities.

CHL Systems is a provider of custom capital automation equipment that offers project management, engineering, design, manufacturing and installation services for a variety of industries including food, pharma and heavy industry to name a few.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruiting life cycle including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and hiring for all levels of talent
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and selection techniques to fill positions utilizing job boards, social media, and job fairs
Represent and participate in all external and internal recruiting events to build and foster strong relationships within the community and at schools and appropriate organizations.
Promote the company brand to ensure CHL is a company of choice with qualified applicants
Build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates through inbound and outbound sourcing techniques
Direct the efforts of employment agencies and search firms, including negotiating and controlling employment-related fees
Ensure approved job requisitions are received for all new/replacement positions and post new positions on career website and other industry specific recruiting sources
Manage recruiting budget, open position reporting, and weekly recruiting reports for upper management
Partner with Marketing team to continually develop the company’s talent brand in key industries, through advertising programs (internal and external), to ensure high visibility to potential candidates
Qualifications
5 years Recruiting and Workforce Development experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong talent acquisition and business acumen required
Ability to move between strategic issues and day-to-day tactical recruiting operations
Experience with applicant tracking software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills including excellent grammar and proofreading skills
Demonstrates attention to detail
Maintains confidentiality
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills
