ChristianaCare is looking to employ a Practice Manager for Wilmington Primary Care.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operations of large, complex, and or multiple Medical Group practices achieving balanced scorecard financial, quality, productivity, and patient/staff satisfaction performance goals. The Practice Manager partners with the Clinical Leaders and Operational Leaders regarding strategic planning, program and business development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring for defined practices. The Practice Manager collaborates with other Medical Group Practice Managers and Directors in ensuring maximum benefit from office workflow efficiency and standardization across the Medical Group.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three years of experience working in a medical practices with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lead change
Ability to independently manage physician group communication and work processes and respond appropriately to unforeseen circumstances
Ability to establish relationships and collaborate with clinicians and other leadership staff
Skilled in working in teams with ability to work independently as needed
Skilled in oral and written communication
