Campus Recruiting Manager
Job Description
Church & Dwight is hiring for an exciting new position, a Campus Recruiting Manager who will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this position, you will partner with internal stakeholders to identify the business needs, develop a strategy for our early career talent and military. You will partner with the key internal stakeholders to develop and deliver a strategy to attract early career talent filling the organization’s critical talent needs. You will assess and develop new processes for full-cycle campus recruiting for our US undergraduate and graduate programs. You will lead and maintain the university recruiting programs and military partnerships. In addition, you will focus on campus selection, building and sustaining strategic relationships with schools and with external organizations as well as outreach and collaboration with student groups. You will oversee recruitment marketing for campus recruiting with the support of an agency and an intern.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
 Â
Drive the development and overarching framework of the campus recruiting strategy serving as the lead for our campus efforts in the U.S.
 Â
Collaborate with business stakeholders and HRBPs to determine hiring plan. Partner with HRBPs, the Diversity & Inclusion Counsel, and key stakeholders to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and talent needs.
 Â
Build and sustain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, career services, diversity groups, alumni networks, fraternities/sororities, faculty members and nonprofit organizations serving diverse undergraduate/graduate students to support Church & Dwight†s University Recruitment program.
 Â
Manage the design and implementation of recruitment processes and deliverables for campus hiring.
 Â
Review our current programs and make recommendations on how we can better improve our goal of being an employer of choice for students and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
 Â
Develop standard metrics and annual goals. Evaluate the success of each recruiting season presenting analytics, key findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders about the success of both the program and the efficacy of our sourcing strategies.
 Â
Plan and oversee the corporate summer intern programs including the global summer speaker series, social events and internal/external social media highlighting our programs.
 Â
Coordinate and oversee campus hiring for internal early career development programs in participating functions.
 Â
Coordinate and participate in campus events as well as conferences to identify top candidates facilitating a streamlined hiring process.
 Â
Serve as the main point of contact for students throughout the recruiting lifecycle overseeing execution of all candidate engagement events and activities.
 Â
Maintain a network of potential candidates through thoughtful engagement practices, building candidate rapport through trust, and acting as a candidate advisor throughout the recruitment process.

Work closely with our temporary staffing vendor, for pre-employment processes and onboarding.
 Â
Utilize GradLeaders, social media, outreach to university student groups and national organizations highlighting our opportunities.
 Â
Oversee the Hiring Our Heroes fellowship program and develop partnerships with Military bases to continue building a talent pipeline to support and increase our military hiring efforts as well as community outreach.

Work on special projects in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Education and Experience                                                         Â

Bachelor†s degree required
 Â
Minimum 5+ years demonstrated corporate experience in the areas of campus recruiting management preferably for both undergraduate and MBAÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Skills and Competencies
 Â
Proven experience building and managing successful undergraduate and graduate campus recruiting programs.
 Â
Demonstrated ability to effectively create and execute campus recruiting strategies and align strategies to business objectives.
 Â
Experience establishing a rapport and recruiting at HBCUs and D&I organizations.
 Â
Able to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally to gain support and achieve results.
 Â
Excellent project/program management skills, results orientated, and follow through.
 Â
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously and flawlessly.
 Â
Ability to develop, measure, and report program-specific objectives and key results
 Â
At ease presenting to senior leadership and business/internal stakeholders
 Â
Working knowledge of the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday is preferred.
 Â
In-depth knowledge in recruiting technology and has a pulse on the market on emerging trends in campus recruiting.
 Â
Highly collaborative, resourceful, and a creative thinker.
 Â
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Â
Ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
