As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment that is simplifying how companies distribute brand-consistent materials. We continuously test ideas and make data-driven decisions to deliver an ecommerce solution for our corporate customers. Our talented team of dedicated professionals is revolutionizing the custom print industry with our innovative ProShop platform – a unique storefront that empowers organizations to quickly and easily create, customize, and order any print or promotional product while maintaining brand control.

What You Will Do:

• Prospect and qualify new clients that employ 20-500 office workers across various industries, utilizing phone, and video demonstrations
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit monthly targets.
• Present to and consultatively sell to C-Suite, Purchasing Managers, Office Managers, Owners and Individuals that purchase print material and promotional items on behalf of the organization.
• Provide a smooth transition from first interaction to customer agreement to account handoff to an Account Implementation Specialist.
• Work with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customer feedback.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field
• 1-3 years of sales-related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
• A self-motivated, strong influencing, entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Nice to Have: (any degree programs, certifications, technical skills, etc. that would be beneficial but not required to do the job)

• Previous sales or marketing internship experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Trained in sales methodologies such as Sandler or Challenger
