Circa Lighting Hiring for HR Assistant at Savannah, GA Full Time

Position Summary:
As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support by maintaining records, compiling data and reporting on team members in a multi-location and international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with HR team to assist with day-to-day operations
• Assists in conducting new employee orientation and coordinating onboarding process
• Maintains the HRIS system and compiles reports from database as needed
• Assists in administration of compensation programs and helps to monitor performance appraisal process
• Support HR related inquiries and requests from team members

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Experience with HRIS systems and accounting software
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills resulting in the ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodical and governmental regulations
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
