Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the program involving the registration and titling of motor vehicles; maintains day to day responsibility for the activities thereof; and performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or a related field.

Three years of progressively responsible professional experience which involved planning, developing, interpreting or implementing laws, policies, and/or regulations for a program.
