Minimum Qualification Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

Work experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis. Such experience must have provided the knowledge, skills, and analytical ability normally gained from attainment of a bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Four years of professional administrative/managerial experience with overall responsibility for a major program or organization, one year of which shall have involved fiscal, accounting, business management and/or contract management activities.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Valid driver’s license (type 3), prior to appointment.
