CITY Laundering is looking for a versatile Human Resource Manager to join our team. Working closely with personnel at all levels of the organization, you will be an important resource as we continue to grow. Ongoing responsibilities include directing the onboarding of new employees, entering all employee payroll data, and the management of benefits vendors.
You will not, however, be merely enacting an established routine. The right candidate will have the opportunity to profoundly contribute to our growth and success. You will be tasked with formalizing our policies and creating training materials that outline best practices. Industry experience is not required and we are willing to consider applicants at all experience levels.
Duties and essential job functions
Administer company policies and procedures.
Minimum requirements
3-5 years experience of human resource experience, basic IT trouble shooting, and quality written and oral communication required. Bachelor’s degree and PHR certification is preferred. 1-3 years experience in management preferred.
