Essential Functions
1Ensures compliance with standard onboarding practices and procedures; follows-up with appropriate departments, vendors, and candidates at various of stages of process to ensure required documentation is accurate and timely.
2 Maintains HR electronic files and records, assists with human resources support activities; answers questions regarding general employment practices, employee benefits, and other HR policies.
3 Monitors and reviews all returned employment documents and final review of employment application, immigration, background checks, pre-employment health screen, required training, etc., for necessary completion prior to moving to next step in the hire process.
4 Partners with recruiters maintaining and sending and receiving required pre-employment documentation to candidates and communicates all information to the hiring managers and recruiters.
5 Responds to questions and requests from internal and external customers; stays in constant communication with the candidates, recruiters, human resource partners, and hiring managers
to ensure timely completion of all required steps of the hiring process.
6 Creates, edits, and maintains employment files; prepares and assembles new hire paperwork for orientation and entry into HRIS system.
7 Responsible for the successful and timely on-boarding of all employees once final offer is accepted and offer letter is signed until the employee begins work.
8 Performs any and all other work as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE:
Six (6) years experience providing complex administrative support.
EQUIVALENCY(IES):
Associate’s degree in any field plus four (4) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in a non-specified field plus four (4) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or social science field plus two (2) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.
A master’s degree or higher in a human resources, business, or social science field will meet the education and experience requirements.
PREFERENCE(S): Human resources related experience preferred.

For evaluation purposes, acceptable qualifying experience for all positions must have been in a paid capacity unless noted otherwise in the minimum qualifications for the posted position.
Additionally, 30+ hours per week will be counted as full-time employment and will receive full credit for the amount of time employed. A minimum of 15 through 29 work hours per week will be counted as part-time employment and will receive half credit for the amount of time employed.
