Successful candidate must be a self-starter while working in a team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities. Technically competent and experienced in human resources but who also understands the broader focus of the organization and how to effectively serve the needs of employees and user departments. Excellent collaboration, listening and communication skills are critical to the success in the position. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business or related field plus 5 to 7 years increasingly responsible experience in HR work with supervisory experience desired. Professional certification in human resources (PHR, SPHR, IPMA-CP) preferred.
