Full Job Description
Answers telephone and greets visitors; provides information and assistance, forwards to approprite personnel; generally the first point of contact.
Retrieves and distributes internal and exernal mail; distributes outgoing internal and external mail.
Orders office and operating supplies and maintains inventory for the department.
Ensures copier, fax and other related office equipment are in working order and fully stocked each day.
Manages invoices, related files and records.
Monitors general HR email address daily.
Ensures all files cabinets are opened and locked each day.
Prepares new hire packets and assists new employees with new hire paper completion and related verifications.
Serves as a notary for HR related matters.
Performs written and/or verbal verifications of employment or income verifications.
Assist employees with payroll related questions and requests.
Performs data entry in HR information system for employee changes, additions and updates.
Completes various reports for internal and external HR statistical data.
Prepares correspondence, memoranda, files, and assists with HR related events and projects at the request of the Human Resources Director.
Prepares correspondence and assist the Chief Technology Officer as requested.
Performs related duties as assigned.
