The North Las Vegas Human Resources team is a seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who is responsible for management, oversight, and implementation of all recruitment activities for the City. The City seeks candidates who are service, and process orientated, have excellent communication skills, and possess a commitment to the city-wide vision. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager is a working manager who will build strong working relationships and credibility with departments and lead, develop, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team. Collaboration, project management, and organizational skills will be key to success. Previous recruitment experience in the public sector is highly preferred.

The annual salary range is $77,954.82-$125,907.67. Anticipated placement within this range upon hire will be $85,000.00 – $95,000, depending on qualifications.
