The City of Raleigh is seeking a temporary HR Business Analyst to work between 20 to 40 hours per week from home or in the office, your choice (some flexibility may be required for in-person meetings). This is a three-to-five-month assignment with the possibility of extension of time. This is ideal for a Human Resources professional looking for a temporary assignment to gain more experience in HR. The right candidate will have experience in developing processes and policies that impact the workforce, providing strategic insights regarding human resources technology and process needs, leading / facilitating multiple projects with timelines, and writing compelling communications about HR’s programs and services.
Typical Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High school diploma with some college-level courses in human resources, organizational development, business, public administration, or project management and demonstrated, relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business or public administration preferred.
