Salary: $38,911 – $64,622

To Qualify
Minimum Qualifications. Applicants must:
Possess a valid high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Be highly proficient in typing and the use of a personal computer.
Have at least two years of responsible experience in an administrative support position using advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Have considerable knowledge of business English and a high level of expertise in proofreading and use of correct punctuation, spelling and grammar.
Be able to compose complete error-free correspondence and documents for a variety of target audiences on behalf of the department.
Be able to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
Be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Desirable Qualifications. Preferred applicants:
Have a valid Bachelor’s degree.
Are able to efficiently and effectively multitask, responding to rapidly changing administrative, telephone and walk-in customer demands.
Are able to effectively communicate with customers, on occasion in difficult situations, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Are skilled at record keeping, document maintenance, and planning and organizing.
Have knowledge of Oracle and Kronos operating systems.
Have general accounting experience.
