SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under the general direction of the Director of Operations or designee, schedules and supervises the operation of public service oriented activities within the Office of Operations. Recommends and implements various administrative and operational programs and projects. Exercises supervision over employees and contractors as assigned. Does related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Architecture, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business management, public services management, or public works related project management, three (3) of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: At time of appointment, possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
SCOPE OF EXAMINATION: There will not be a written examination. Qualified applicants will be ranked according to their education, training and experience. Applicants are required to fully complete the application form and supplement, listing all related education, training and work experience.
