· Oversee IT operations and supervise systems
· Develop strategy as it relates to the organization’s IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems)
· Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance
· Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
· Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
· Stay up to date on security risks and ensure corporate security
· Report progress and challenges to City Manager
· Data mine large datasets to find emerging issues and root-cause in software system.
· Escalate high-impact issues for out of trend items as needed and coordinate resolution.
· Coordinate with others to ensure information is accurate.
· Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
· Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security and metadata.
· Reconcile information contained in the software
· Generate reports from single or multiple systems
· Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
· Performs related duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,917.57 – $47,073.45 per year
