Full Job Description
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy and the Employee Training Program. The incumbent conducts studies and analyzes departmental employment practices to define problem areas with regard to employment practices and training needs. While general supervision is received from administrative personnel, general supervision is exercised over assigned personnel. Does related work as required.
