ROLE: OPERATION EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS & FREIGHT FORWARDING)

JOB LOCATION -Houston

REPORTING TO: Commercial Director

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive with 4-5 years of expertise in logistics and freight forwarding to join our team in the USA. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our logistics and freight forwarding services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.

· Ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments, coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and third-party vendors to meet customer requirements.

· Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and service providers to address operational issues, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies during the execution of logistics operations.

· Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and improve service quality.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and freight forwarding.

REQUIREMENTS:

– 4-5 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding, with a focus on operations.

– Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, customs procedures, and transportation modes.

– Proven experience in managing end-to-end logistics processes and resolving operational challenges.

– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal teams

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

– US citizenship and US experience is a must
