Seeking Full-time Accountant, 40 hours per week for Clayton Capital Partners, Inc. (CCP), a leading middle market Investment Banking firm located in St. Louis and Cathedral Properties, owner of local residential and commercial real estate. Training and work will be performed in a fully vaccinated, professional office environment in our Clayton office.
The position will ultimately have the following responsibilities:
- Preparation of Financial Statement exhibits based on client data
- Analysis of client accounting information
- Perform summary write-ups of client documents
- Interface with client regarding financial information
- Database management
- Management of virtual data room
- Participate in transaction execution on a project specific basis
- Process incoming clients
- Assist CFO with other tasks and special projects on an as needed basis
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in financial related field with significant accounting focus
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Microsoft office experience required – high level of excel proficiency
- Strong and thorough understanding of accounting principles along with practical experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to dialog with senior management, senior partners, and communicate effectively with the entire team
- Entrepreneurial skill set with the desire/ability to succeed as a team player
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong ethics and values
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
