Position Summary: Human Resources Administrator will directly supervises the human resources specialists and human resource assistant. Responsible for the management of human resources which includes personnel administration, staff training equal employment opportunity and affirmative action program in compliance with federal, state and local laws, government directives and corporate policy.
Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree OR directly related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience must include administration of wage and salary program, employee benefits and human resources management. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
