The City of La Habra is recruiting to fill the position of Part-time Clerk in any division of the Community Services Department. This is a part-time position working approximately 28 hours per week. Hours may vary between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with staff available to provide services for all hours of operations. Some weekends and after-hours work may be required.
SUMMER HIRING JOB FAIR: Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the examination process which will consist of an oral panel interview. The interview will take place at the Summer Hiring Job Fair which is scheduled for Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and will take place at the Community Center, 101 W. La Habra Blvd., La Habra, CA 90631.

La Habra is located at Orange County’s northernmost corner; La Habra today is 7.3 square miles, with a population of nearly 62,000. ABOUT THE POSITION:
Under general supervision, the Part-time Clerk provides clerical support to the divisions of the Community Services Department; performs clerical duties including record keeping, typing, filing, making copies, computer data input; assists and directs the public in person and over the telephone; assists with recruitment of participants; and performs other duties as assigned.
