Job Description and Responsibilities:
 
As Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources action plans and programs are realized. Responsibilities will involve contact and exposure to highly confidential information and require a thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.

Essential job responsibilities include:

• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel

• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Human Resources department

• Contributing to the development of Human Resources department goals, objectives, and systems

These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:

• Developing functional success profiles by department with related organizational development paths

• Creating and revising job descriptions

• Overseeing recruitment efforts

• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling

• Leadership development and mentoring

• Champion DE&I activities

• Developing and implementing employee engagement programs

• Manage exit interviews and offboarding activities

• Implementing and revising the company’s compensation program

• Performing benefits administration

• Administering and maintaining 401k enrollment and contribution plans

• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s performance evaluation program

• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures

• Maintaining employee records and reports

• Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts

 
To be qualified for this opportunity candidates must have the following-

• 5-8 Years of Human Resources Management experience

• SHRM Certification a plus

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Expert level conflict resolution and coaching experience

• Experience gathering requirements from Managers, and Executives

• Presentation skills-for internal teams, as well as executives and stakeholders

• Excellent MS Office Skills

• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
